NEW Weather Transfer form

TRANSFER RULES - READ AND FOLLOW

 "Penciling In" REQUIRED!!! 

  • You must be registered but unpaid to the event requesting to be transferring into. If you don’t do this, you will automatically recieve a refund and transfer option will be nulified.

Event Pricing:

  • Not all events are the same cost.  Depending on the event or when you registered.  If the canceled registration is less then the balance due of the  transfer event, you’ll need to pay the price difference within 48 hours to confirm the transfer.  This is a funds transfer not an even swap for a different event.  There are no fees to transfer your money. Your full amount you paid will be applied to the balance of another event.

Transfers to Lower Fee Events:

  • If you're transferring to an event with a lower registration fee, there will be no option for both a transfer and a refund. You can only pick one—either transfer or refund.  If you choose a transfer the remaining funds will be available for you during the current season.

Form Submission Deadline:

  • If you do not submit the form by the required deadline, you’ll be issued a refund minus an administrative fee. You can also elect to request a refund through the form.

Transfer Restrictions:

  • Once you’ve transferred to a new event, the funds are no longer eligible for a refund or additional transfers. The transfer is a one-time courtesy, and the full amount transfered becomes non-refundable.

Do Not Register and Pay:

  • You should only "pencil in" (register and leave unpaid). Once you’ve paid, you cannot select it to be a transfer.  If you are unable to pencil in, it is because the event has no more space.

  • If you’re having trouble with the form, reply to the email directly. Please do not contact wanting a different option, as only the listed options are available.
