HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To start your team registration-Manager/Coach will first need to create an annual team registration.

CABA does not charge to register a coach or player.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

To make a payment login to your account and selecting balance payment or order history. If you selected pay by check, you are not registered but selecting “pencil in option” as a place holder until a credit card payment is made.  

*Please Note DO NOT make a duplicate registration when paying if you want to keep your early bird discount. There will be no refund for the price difference from what you paid and your early bird pricing

 We do not accept checks. 

HOW TO KEEP EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

You will not lose your early bird discount on your events as long as you pay 30 days prior to the event or if notified an event is SOLD out. Payment is the ONLY way to guarantee enrollment in an event.

WHEN WILL SCHEDULES BE PUBLISHED?

Schedules will be published 1 week prior to play. Exact locations for event will be sent to team Managers 2 weeks prior to an event.

FIELDS AND FACILITIES?

CABA Colorado rents fields from field providers. We take directive from their staff if/when fields are open or closed or delayed. These directives are deemed matters beyond our control.

Restrooms are maintained by the Park and Rec department. Any issue should be directed to the field providers. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may cancel a registration by emailing tami@cabacolorado.com 

Payments are the responsibility of the account holder. Reminders may be sent as a courtesy.

If your team requests a cancelation more than 15 Business days prior to the event start date you may request a refund less 5% administration fee or transfer to another CABA Colorado event. An event is non refundable if it sells out sooner and is closed for scheduling. If your team cancels 15 or less business days prior to the event NO refund or transfer option will be given
